Sr. Technical Writer in the Global Professional Services Organization. Authors integration/support docs and merchant-facing technical documentation. We are seeking a candidate who is able to run development tools to use and test APIs and other solutions to verify the accuracy of the information that we provide.

As a Sr. Technical Writer, you will create experiences that enable merchants to discover, build and maintain financial solutions that allow them to get paid quickly and easily, via web, mobile devices, apps, or point of sale.
In this role, you will work directly with various product and development teams to produce new documentation and update existing documents for the payment solutions we are bringing to market. You will also collaborate with the rest of the technical writing team on an ongoing basis to ensure that our tools, guidelines, and standards are effective and efficient.
