What You’ll Do

 

This role is within the QCDS (Quality, Compliance & Data Security) team. We are part of the Global Repair Organization (GRO) within the Customer Experience (CX) organization responsible for driving proactive product and process improvement activities. Working internally and with our outsourced repair suppliers, you will analyze data, look for trends, thoroughly investigate and drive proactive and correction actions. You have excellent communication skills and a proven expertise in preparing and delivering end-to-end, root cause issue summaries and driving action. As part of QCDS, you will also be involved with regulatory and compliance topics ISO9000, TL9000, JD Power, TSIA, etc., Engineering Change Order (ECO) compliance, process auditing, and various other repair related areas.

Who You’ll Work With

In this role, you’ll interact regularly with subordinates, peers, department managers, directors, and possibly VPs both internally to Cisco as well as within our international supplier network. You will collaborate with counterparts in the GSLO Planning / Logistics / Delivery organizations and with counterparts and management staff of other business functional teams such as SCO / Manufacturing, PQE, and FA regarding product escalations and process improvement concepts.

Our minimum requirement for this role

  • BS, MS or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in a related role
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance topics such as ISO9000, TL9000, JD Power, TSIA, etc.,
  • You have experience with quality auditing
  • You have knowledge of current Networking Industry processes
