Adobe is seeking a highly motivated contract Digital Production Coordinator to support the Adobe Stock marketplace. As a Digital Production Coordinator, your primary objectives are to help grow and maintain the production, quality control, and curation of our growing collection of creative assets including, but not limited to: template layouts, mockups, UI/UX kits, and other design elements. You will evaluate these assets for their overall quality, artist merit, technical execution, and against Adobe’s unique standards. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires extensive digital production work. The position is onsite, full-time, freelance and runs for 1 year out of the Adobe New York office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Content Development and Content Operations Managers to ensure content meets technical and aesthetic standards, as well as business goals
  • Contribute to the post-production of assets (including, but not limited to: masking, extracting layers, checking the complexity of vector paths, creating and applying styles) and ensuring that the assets are consistent and up to standard
  • Apply metadata, keywords, and other search or merchandising tactics to assets
  • Perform and develop QE/QA checks and testing for various asset types with meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal team leads to identify feature improvements, category priorities, and create scalable, efficient content review and production processes

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience as a digital production designer or similar
  • Familiarity with various asset types and industries (print/publishing, web/mobile)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. After Effects is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a love of process
  • Strong curatorial abilities and quality evaluation skills
  • Problem-solving skills and well-versed in technical concepts
  • A strong foundation in post-production best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in content production workflows and asset management tracking a plus
