What You’ll Do

Delivering business outcomes for enterprise and IT buyers requires a new approach, new capabilities, and new relationships. An entirely new business solutions practice. That’s where our integrators come in with the expertise and cross-industry experience in strategy, technology and operations, plus deep knowledge of Cisco digital solutions.

The position, DSI – Business Development Manager (Central Area) is responsible for evangelizing and enabling joint solution offer awareness and opportunity between Digital Systems Integrators (DSIs).

Who You’ll Work With

Cisco sales and our Cisco Resellers in the Central area of the US. S/he will facilitate enablement via consultative transfer of solution knowledge, enabling Cisco/Partners on selling solutions offers, and elevating the partner conversation to the line of business. This role reports into the Operations Director in the Central Partner Organization, which is part of the Americas Partner Org (APO). S/he and will work cross functionally with the Global Partner Organization, Business Units, Marketing, and Sales.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with/for DSIs. S/he will possess both a business background that enables engagement at the CXO level, as well as a strong sales background that promotes relevance to sales organizations both within Cisco and our partner community. S/he should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

  • Strong program management experience in leading complex relationships
